Welcome to the Certificate in Exercise & Health Fitness (CEHF) Learning Support Website. The CEHF is operated by the National Council for Exercise and Fitness (NCEF). The NCEF is an academic affiliate of the University of Limerick, offering the only university accredited Health/ Fitness Instructor qualifications in Ireland.
 

All the content and notes needed to complete the CEHF are in your CEHF Student Manual. The aim of this website is to support and enhance your

learning experience by providing extra tutorials, videos, animations and electronic and printable crosswords and quizzes on all aspects on the CEHF Syllabus. Individuals learn in many ways some like text, others diagrams and pictures etc and I hope that you will find some content here that will suit your particular learning style. Aoife Hegarty, a student from the CEHF programme at Sligo received this award having achieved the highest overall QCA (Grades) for the CEHF Programme throughout the country for the Academic Year 2009-2010.  NCEF would also like to pay tribue to Aoife’s course coordinator Antoinette roddy and tutors on the Sligo course

Module 7 Manual
Ammendment

CEHF Course Board agreed a change to the assessment procedures for Module 7 Resistance Training in June 2010. This change in assessment will take place on all CEHF Programmes commencing from September 2010. Students will receive a hard copy of the amendment with their Student Manual. A copy of the amendment may also be downloaded here
